Norris City Council Minutes Friday, May 27, 2011   BE IT REMEMBERED THAT THE CITY OF NORRIS CITY COUNCIL MET IN REGULAR SESSION ON MAY 27, 2011 @ 6:30pm WITH THE FOLLOWING COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: CHRIS MITCHELL, LOY JOHNSON AND JOY WILSON     NEW BUSINESS A Resolution to adopt a Plan of Services for the Sain annexation was considered.   Motion made by Ms. Wilson and seconded by Ms. Johnson to adopt the resolution for the Plan of Services for the Sain property.   Motion passed by unanimous voice vote.   Ordinance 527 to annex parcel 119.00 on Anderson County Tax map 31 was considered on second reading.   Motion made by Ms. Johnson and seconded by Ms. Wilson to pass on second reading Ordinance 527 for the Sain property.   Motion passed by unanimous voice vote.   Ordinance 528 to zone newly annexed parcel 119.00 on Anderson County Tax map 31 to FAR was considered on second reading.   Motion made by Ms. Wilson and seconded by Ms. Johnson to pass on second reading Ordinance 528 to zone the Sain property to FAR.   Motion passed by unanimous voice vote.   Meeting adjourned @ 6:35pm.
