Water Service Deposits and Payment Information

Property Owners

Non-property Owners $50.00

Contractors
$10.00 (refundable)
No deposit is transferable or assignable. Deposit is
applied to payment of final bill after the account has been closed.
Initial
Service
A $10.00 connection fee is charged for service to be
turned on during regular working hours. The after hours rate is $35.00.
Bills
All
bills are typically mailed on the 10th day of each month and are due on the 27th day of each month. A delinquent
charge of 10% is applied to all bills received after the 27th.
Payments
1) Payment may be made at the City office 8:00am to 5:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Wednesday hours are 8:00am until noon. The City office is closed every day from noon until 1:00pm for lunch.
2) Drop boxes for water bills are located at the Public Safety Building and Community Building.
Boxes are accesible 24 hours a day.
