RESOLUTION 4-2011     A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A PLAN-OF-SERVICES  FOR THE PROPERTIES ANNEXED INTO THE CITY  OF NORRIS, TENNESSEE BY ORDINANCE 527                 WHEREAS, a plan-of-services has been prepared for territory to be annexed in accordance with Section 6-51-102 of the Tennessee Code Annotated; and               WHEREAS, a public hearing on the plan-of-services has been held, in accordance with Section 6-51-102 of the Tennessee Code Annotated; and               WHEREAS, the Norris Municipal Planning Commission has reviewed the plan-of-services and found it to be fair and reasonable, as stated in Resolution 1-2011; and               WHEREAS, the Norris City Council has reviewed the plan-of-services and found it to be fair and reasonable.               NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Norris City Council hereby adopts the plan-of-services for annexation Ordinance 527.
