Planning Commission
The City's Zoning Ordinance is developed by the Norris Municipal Planning Commission, adopted by the
City Council, and regulated by the City Administration . The Zoning Ordinance divides the City into residential,
commercial, industrial, and agricultural districts. The Board of Zoning Appeals interprets the provisions of the Zoning
Ordinance and may grant exceptions and variances in certain circumstances.
