Project specifications may be picked up at the Norris Community Building, 20 Chestnut Drive, Norris, Tennessee, or obtained online at www.cityofnorris.com/bids. The City of Norris reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities or irregularities, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
