 The City of Norris is requesting proposals for the procurement of a Cell Phones and Service Agreement. Specifications may be picked up at the Norris City Office, 20 Chestnut Drive, Norris, TN or by clicking here.
The City of Norris will receive sealed proposals at the Norris City Office, 20 Chestnut Drive, Norris, TN 37828. Deadline for receiving bids is Friday, November 8, 2024, at 12:00pm EST. Proposals will be opened on that date and time. Evaluation will continue past that date on the proposals received. The proposal selection will be based on (1) meeting or exceeding the minimum performance specifications; (2) overall cost; (3) technical support and service plan; and (4) performance history. The city reserves the right to reduce scope/categories of this specification where minimum specifications are not met by multiple vendors prior to acceptance of an agreement for services.
