Recreation Commission
The Norris Recreation Commission provides recreational programs for Norris residents, utilizing parks and recreational facilities. One volunteer position is available to complete an unexpired term ending in January 2028.
Little Theatre Board
The Little Theatre Board is dedicated to establishing, maintaining, and conducting a vibrant community theatre program for the residents of Norris. The board plays an essential role in organizing and overseeing theatrical performances that enhance the city's cultural life.
In addition to coordinating performances, the board is empowered to employ directors, stage managers, designers, and other professionals to ensure the high quality of productions. The Little Theatre Board works to foster a thriving arts community in Norris through creative and engaging theatre programs.

Board of Zoning Appeals
Board of Zoning Appeals is responsible for reviewing and deciding appeals related to zoning ordinance enforcement, including challenges to decisions made by the building inspector or other officials. The board also hears applications for special exceptions, requests for zoning map interpretations, and variances from zoning ordinance requirements. There is one vacancy to complete an unfinished term ending January 2027.
Community Development Board
Community Development Board serves as a catalyst for managing and enhancing Norris' natural, historic, and economic resources while preserving its heritage.
