Public Hearing on May 13, 2024

Public Hearing for Ordinances 674, 675, 676, 677, 678, 679, 680, 681, 682, 683, 684, and 685 on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. in the Norris Community Building, 20 Chestnut Drive.

All the ordinances were adopted on first reading April 8, 2024. All the ordinances are on the agenda for second reading at the City Council Meeting on May 13, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.

• Ordinances 674 through 680 would standardize language regarding quorums and leadership on city boards and commissions.
• Ordinances 681 through 684 would update the city’s adopted building, plumbing, mechanical, residential, and energy codes.
• Ordinances 685 would increase the fee for solid waste services.
